BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: September 20, 2016 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Elliot Kampert SUBJECT: Amendment 3 SHIP Agreement C14-2115-GM Public Records DEPARTMENT: Growth Management BCC DISTRICT: ALL STATEMENT OF ISSUE: In order to include language recently amended by the Florida Legislature in the 2016 Laws of Florida pertaining to public records it is necessary to amend Agreement C14-2115-GM. BACKGROUND: On November 5, 2013, the County and Okaloosa Community Development Corporation (OCDC) entered into Agreement, C14-2115-GM, which provides for the OCDC’s administration of the State Housing Incentives Partnerships (SHIP) program and use of associated funds. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 3 to Agreement C14-2115-GM. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
