Marchers Band Recommended Action : Motion to approve Service Agreement #17-33 between The School Board of Okaloosa County, FL and Jamie Fields, on behalf of Choctawhatchee High School. Public Content Request approval of Service Agreement #17-33 between The School Board of Okaloosa County, FL and Jamie Fields, on behalf of Choctawhatchee High School to provide Monthly Clinician Services for Color and Winter Guards. The Provider will be paid $250.00 per month for up to twelve (12) months, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,000.00. Funding will be paid from Internal Funds, Style Marchers Band. The contract is effective July 26, 2016 through June 30, 2017 and a copy of the agreement is attached. Public Content Approval is requested to add additional parking in an area adjacent to the multi-purpose room. The area consists of approximately 4860 square feet and will be used by school staff. This will free up visitor parking in the front of the school. This project is being fully funded by internal PTO funds. Attached is an explanation of the request that includes the scope of work, budgeting information and a drawing. Also included is a proposal from Helms Contracting in the amount of $7,700.00 for construction of the parking lot.
