According to your lease you must notify us in writing providing not less than ninety (90) days notice prior to expiration. The lease also states rent for the additional term will be established by an independent appraisal. The current appraisal rate for CEW is $.75 per square foot. Mr. Stenson suggested | contact you. Air Methods lease agreement (attached) with Okaloosa County will expire on November 30, 2014. The lease has an option to renew for one additional three year period by providing not less than ninety days written notice to us. The lease also states that rent for the additional term shall be established by an independent appraisal. The current appraisal rate for Bob Sikes Airport (CEW) is $.75 per square foot.
