The amendment replaces the current project budget showing hours with one that does not show project hours, only tasks, subtasks, and prices. The prices did not change. The proposed amendment also extends — without additional cost — the period of the contract from August 1, 2016 until December 1, 2016. The purpose of this extension is to ensure that TO is around to answer questions (if any) from the FDOT following submittal. Richard Dreyer is not only in agreement with this no cost extension, he suggested it (which seems awfully decent of him, all things considered). The format of the proposed amendment is based on that used for the first amendment. | am curious as to why the word “And” appears capitalized and on a separate line between the recitals... The signature blocks are consistent with the guidance we received from Admin on the matter. Please feel free to make any changes you see fit. If you (and Iegal*) think it’s ready, I'll resend it to you, Laura, and Iegal* for coordinated review.
