Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) for reimbursement for successful judicial and administrative summons and/or writs of bodily attachment at the prevailing rate of Federal Financial Participation; 66% of the $20.00 fee ($13.20) for original service in Title IV-D and 66% of the $70.00 fee ($46.20) for a writ of bodily attachment grant grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Process Server - Federal 701405R-331810 $3,470 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Reserves for Contingencies 0199-599090 $3,470 Adopted this regular session the 15th day of July 2014.
