Regarding the professional services contracts ‐ yes, they are existing contracts where our engineering consultants accomplish a variety of work for Okaloosa County. Each project is assigned a Task Order. So although we would utilize an existing contract ("Master Services Agreement"), we would have a stand‐alone Task Order where the scope of work would be defined for that project and compensation made clear. We would also have a separate accounting of each Task Order. To summarize, the future Task Order that we utilize for PAS Phase IV would be separate and independent of all other work for Okaloosa County. Please confirm this approach is acceptable, and I will let our Contracts & Grants office know. Thx, Mark Mark Wise, P.E. I'm assuming this is an existing contract under which you accomplish a variety of tasks in support of Okaloosa County. We should be able to demonstrate that the tasks accomplished under Phase IV of our ongoing effort are separate and independent of other work done under the contract. As with earlier phases, we need to be able to show that Okaloosa's work in kind was accomplished solely for Phase IV and not for other efforts. I apologize for my ignorance with regard to close‐out of earlier phases. When Charles left, he didn't mention that status of Phase 1 and 2 close‐outs. I'll research where that stands. You should have received the Phase 3 final product in November 2014. We can begin close‐out if you're satisfied with the product. Beverly A. To get this done, we would utilize an existing Master Services Agreement ("Continuing Contract" or "General Services Contract") to execute a Task Order, which would be signed by the
