Public Content Request approval of Service Agreement #18-06 for Cassandra Saddler, on behalf of Choctawhatchee High School, to provide Monthly Clinician Services for the school's Color Guard and Winter Guard. The Provider will be paid $600.00 per hour for up to 12 months, for a total amount of $7,200.00. Any additional choreography/music arranging will be based on $25.00 per hour, not to exceed $500.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $7,700.00. The program is offered based on fixed prices on an as needed basis. The Provider will be paid $8.00 per student per lesson (see attachment), for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,000 per day per school. Funds will be paid by individual participating schools.
