DATE: January 7, 2014
TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board
FROM: John Vaughn
SUBJECT: Outstanding Invoices
DEPARTMENT: Fleet
BCC DISTRICT: All
STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval to pay Comdata for three outstanding invoices
(October 8, 2013 for $821. 48, October 17, 2013 for $885.84 and November 3, 2013 for
$1,003.54) for a total of $2,710.86.
BACKGROUND: Comdata is a fuel card provider used by Fleet Operations' customers.
Historically invoices from Comdata have been paid by after-the-fact purchase orders. "After-the-

requisitioned prior to the first transaction date. Fleet Operations requests approval for direct
payment of these three outstanding Comdata invoices.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend approval of a direct payment for three outstanding
