This determination is based upon an on-site inspections conducted on 07/20/15 and 07/27/15. 1) The temporary painted striping for the right turn lanes on SR 85 and Stillwell Blvd has been completed and the turn lanes can be opened and safely operated. The permanent thermoplastic striping will be completed once the asphalt has been in place long enough to allow for the proper installation of the striping, which is estimated to be in the next 30 days.
