Mb B luewater FITNESS & WELLNESS CENTER Dear Ms. Cardreon, 6 Feb 2015 Bluewater Fitness will be hosting their first annual 5k run and 1 mile kids fun run starting and ending at our facility in Bluewater Bay. We are located at White Point Rd and Highway 20. We will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Sharing & Caring of Niceville- Valparaiso- Choctaw Beach. Sharing & Caring is a non-profit that coordinates community efforts to meet emergency needs of families. Efforts include but aren’t limited to providing food items, financial assistance for rent, utilities, medicine, school supplies and holiday meals. Our proposed date for the race is Saturday April 18, 2015. The race will be held from the Bluewater Fitness Facility, and coordinated with the NWFTC. Our proposed route is from adjacent Bluewater Fitness and Wellness Center on White Point Road south to the dead end circle at the mid bay offices, turnaround, back north and finishing in the parking lot adjacent to Bluewater Fitness and Wellness Center, where all after activities will take place (completely off the roadway). We anticipate being on the roadway from approximately 7:45 until 9:30am at the latest. As needed we will coordinate with Sheriff’s Department and needed police agency for escort and safety precautions.
