The revisions to the policy will update the insurance requirements of each driver who will be transporting students in his/her private vehicle for educational trips and school-sponsored or school-related events. Public Content The Board will receive public input and consider approval of the new job description, Specialist, Equity Coordinator. The incumbent in the Program Director-Equity position will be retiring in fiscal year 2013-2014; as a result the District is proposing to restructure the position and its assigned duties which will necessitate a new position classification from Program Director-Equity to Specialist-Equity Coordinator. This request is not for an additional position but rather to convert a Plumber I position to a Water Treatment and Cooling Tower Maintainer position. This job description more accurately describes the duties and responsibilities of this position. The pay for both positions is based on a pay grade D of the Educational Support Salary Schedule. Therefore, the financial impact of this request is intended to be budget neutral.
