OKALOOSA ISLAND LEASEHOLD CONVERSION RESOLUTION NO. _____________ WHEREAS, the person(s) named below is/are the leaseholder(s) of record who has/have submitted the successful highest bid for the County’s Resolution Reversionary Interest in the parcel(s) described therein set immediately below such Bidder’s name(s); Shaun Driscoll and Jeanne Driscoll, Husband and Wife Unit 303, ISLAND GARDENS, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1131, Page 769, and amended by document recorded in Official Record Book 1132, Page 828 and Official Records Book 1149, Page 1051 and 1052, and Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 141-142, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, together with all the condominium property and an undivided percentage interest in the common elements appurtenant to each unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium. E. Drew Mitchell, Trustee of the E. Drew Mitchell Trust dated June 13, 2016 That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 427, East Pass Towers II, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of East Pass Towers II, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 1801, Page 748, and Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 37 through 45, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Together with Storage Unit #427 and Parking Space #427. NOW THEREFORE, Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is directed to prepare a quit claim deed, in previously authorized format, conveying the County’s Reversionary Interest to the successful bidder(s) for the signature of the chairman of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners, and; Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is further directed to complete the closing of the conveyance transaction by quitclaim deed to the successful bidder(s).
