STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of the Budget Resolutions & Transfers.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations for additional Sheriff Department revenue, in the amount of $360,476.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Children and Families (FDCF) for forensic mental health
and drug court case management carryforward grant, in the amount of ($36,185).
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for Emerald Coast Children’s
Advocacy Center Mental Health Program for Crime Victims carryforward grant, in the amount of
$1,663.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which did not
reflect adequate appropriations for confiscated property proceeds, in the amount of $4,300.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Road/Bridge Construction Fund, which did not
reflect adequate appropriations for cash carryfoward, in the amount of $1,893,064.
