Public Content This request is pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order 19-166, dated and effective July 17, 2019, which reinstated former Superintendent Jackson and revoked Executive Order 19-13, dated January 11, 2019, and terminated the suspension from office. Section 111.05 Florida Statutes provides that a public officer lawfully entitled to resume the duties of office after suspension by the Governor shall suffer no loss of salary or other compensation because of the suspension.
