AMENDMENT NO.1TO PANHANDLE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY CONTRACT #C04-1113-PS This amendment made and entered into this of 2015, applies to the “Animal Control Contract’, #C04-1113-PS, signed May 20, 2014, by and between the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society, Inc., and Okaloosa County, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, the County agrees to extend the existing contract with PAWS for 3 additional months at a rate of $39,998.33 per month for a total of $119,994.99 for the three month period. The contract extension period is from October 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by the signatures below, both parties agree to abide by the terms, conditions, and provisions of the original contract as amended, which is hereby executed by the date first above written.
