made available for the PLC application development and PLC application monitoring and will be located on the server at the Administration Building.  Configuration of the new computer equipment inclusive of virtual machines, backup schemes/routines, and other needed services. CONSTANTINE shall be responsible for:  Programming of the existing PMCS to add the new effluent pump into the control scheme currently being utilized for the existing effluent pumps. The new pump shall be programed to operate and alternate along with the existing pumps in a similar operating scheme.  Integration of the new UV process channel into the existing PMCS. The new UV channel field PLC programming is excluded from this work.  Integration of the existing centrifuge control panel via Ethernet into the existing PMCS.  Programming of the existing or new PLCs, based upon Design-Builders design, to incorporate the required monitoring and control of the new process equipment inclusive of the following major components as noted on the electrical and instrumentation drawings: o New Effluent pump o New Oxidation Ditch. Inclusive of any and all motors, instruments, etc … o New Clarifier o New RAS pump station o New Blowers  Deployment of the HMI graphics for the expanded Arbennie Pritchett WRF into the existing Wonderware Galaxy currently kept on the server at the Okaloosa County Water ADDENDUM NO. 1 Project No. 100557 Revised: 4/10/2015 5 ARBENNIE PRITCHETT WRF EXPANSION DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT and Sewer Administrative building. Deployment of the new overall application - inclusive of the wastewater collection, water collection/distribution in addition to the Arbennie Pritchett WRF – to the new owner supplied server at the Arbennie Pritchett WRF. The Design Builder shall be responsible for all other work associated with the expansion of the Arbennie Pritchett WRF not specifically assigned to either the COUNTY or to CONSTANTINE as described above. In particular, the Design-Builder is responsible for the following Major electrical and instrumentation and control activities:  Supplying and installing all electrical equipment for the new effluent pump, inclusive of the pump and motor, power conduit and conductors, control conduit and conductors, instruments (pressure switch and limit switch) and all ancillary material and work necessary for a complete operational system and as noted on the drawings.  Supplying and installing the electrical and control components and programming of the PLC and OIT for the new UV process train, inclusive of the UV process equipment, power conduit and conductors, control conduit and conductors, instruments and all ancillary material and work necessary for a complete operational system and as noted on the drawings and required by the UV equipment manufacturer. The new UV train electrical and control equipment shall be compatible with the existing equipment currently in use and shall be incorporated into the existing UV control system (programmatically and graphically) by a manufacturer’s representative. At the time of incorporation, the manufacturer’s representative shall also replace the existing PLC with a new unit operating on Allen Bradley’s RSLogix firmware version 21. Any modifications to the existing PLC application that are required for the UV equipment to continue to operate as it presently operates with any required modifications for the expansion shall also be implemented by the manufacturer’s representative.  Supplying and installing the electrical and control components for the new process equipment for the oxidation ditch, clarifier, RAS pump station, blowers, and other associated equipment. These components shall be inclusive of all associated motors, pumps, power conduit and conductors, control conduit and conductors, instruments, power distribution, emergency power supply and control, control equipment, fiber optic communication equipment, fiber optic cable and conduit, communication interconnections (Ethernet TCP/IP fiber optics and ControlNet fiber optics), and all ancillary material and work necessary for complete operational systems and as noted on the drawings and required by the individual manufacturers.  Supplying and installing new process power and control equipment to match the existing process power and control equipment currently on the plant site. Specifically, the new equipment shall be monitored by an I/O rack similar to the units being used in the existing electrical buildings and at the Headworks. The I/O rack shall be monitored and controlled by the existing pair of redundant PLCs located in electrical building. The ADDENDUM NO. 1 Project No. 100557 Revised: 4/10/2015 6 ARBENNIE PRITCHETT WRF EXPANSION DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT Design-Builder will configure the control panel for the new equipment with remote I/O and shall supply and install a new local graphical interface for the new equipment that is similar to the existing graphical interface units on site. Design Builder shall coordinate and assist CONSTANTINE, as needed, to program the main pair of redundant PLCs for the new equipment and to update the programming for the three existing graphical interfaces on the plant site (at the main PLC in electrical building 1, remote I/O in electrical building 2 and at the headworks) and the new graphical interface to reflect the new process equipment. CONSTANTINE shall perform the programming needed to integrate the new process equipment into the existing central graphical interface (Wonderware) in the administration building.  Work necessary to remove the existing and to supply and install new Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, and all ancillary material and work, necessary for complete operational systems and as noted on the drawings and required by the individual manufacturers, throughout the site that are capable of running Allen Bradley’s firmware version 21. CONSTANTINE shall provide the work necessary to program the new PLCs throughout the site, except for those associated with the Ozonia and Andritz equipment. o Design Builder shall coordinate with, and pay the costs to have Ozonia perform the work necessary to update the existing UV disinfection system PLC CPU to firmware version 21 or replace the existing UV disinfection system PLC CPU with an Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC capable of running firmware version 21. The modifications by Ozonia to the UV disinfection system shall include any associated programming or upgrades (hardware, firmware or software) for the PLC itself or associated equipment to continue to perform the machine’s required tasks. o Additionally, Design Builder shall coordinate with, and pay the costs to have Andritz perform the work necessary to update the existing centrifuge dewatering system PLC CPU to firmware version 21 or replace the existing centrifuge dewatering system PLC CPU with an Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC capable or running firmware version 21. The modifications by Andritz to the centrifuge dewatering control system shall include any associated programming or upgrades (hardware, firmware or software) for the PLC itself or associated equipment to continue to perform the machine’s required tasks.  Supply all materials and perform any and all work necessary to modify the existing plant server room to eliminate leaks into the room from any sources (rain, condensation, etc.) and otherwise alleviate identified adverse conditions in the room that may compromise the equipment. 19.
