(RFB PW 29-16). BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On March 9, 2016 bids were due for repairs on Oak Hill Road; three (3) bids were received. Staff has reviewed the bids and recommended Bullard Excavating as the lowest most responsive bidder for the price of $440,069.50. Upon approval of the award of the bid, staff will move forward with preparing the contract document. The contract will be brought back before the Board for approval. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny award of the bid to Bullard Excavating, Incorporated for the Oak Hill Road Repairs Project for a total price of $440,069.50. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the award of the bid to Bullard Excavating, Incorporated for the Oak Hill Road Repairs Project for a total bid price of $440,069.50.
