(“Air Force”), and the Okaloosa County Florida (*County”). RECITALS A. The parties hereto entered into an agreement for the joint use of the runw_ay and.- - - certain associated flight facilities at Eglin Air Force sasé, Florida ("EAFB”), dated February 27 2001, (“Joint Use Agresment). | B. The parties desire to é'rh:end the Joint Use_ Agreement to extend the current: agreement until the 9" day of December, 2038, AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do hereby mutually agree as follows: 1. The Joint Use Agreement is hereby modified in the following particulars, but no other: b.
