Public Content The attached list of teachers have been deemed out-of-field because they do not currently hold the certification required based on classes taught or student requirements. The State requires teachers be reported to the Board who are out-of-field. The State requires teachers be reported out-of-field within 30 days before the beginning of each semester. Public Content The Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment assumed the duties of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for the time period of January 2018 through June 30, 2018. The District proposal for fiscal year 2018-2019 is for the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment to continue to assume the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources is a comprehensive and critical function which impacts the operation of the entire School District. In consideration of the additional duties and responsibilities, the District is requesting to pay the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment a stipend in the amount of $15,000 for fiscal year 2018-2019. This proposal will provide the District with a net savings of $106,519.
