STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval to award the bid to Boundtree Medical, LLC for
the Emergency Medical Services supplies and inventory management software. (RFB EMS 99-
15)
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: The Board has previously approved the award of the bid for
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) supplies and inventory management software to Boundtree
Medical, LLC. These services will include a computerized/digital inventory system solution to
centrally manage and report on the movement of medical supplies. This will allow a mechanism
to effectively track and order supplies. The supplies will be purchased based on unit prices
included in the bid and contract. The total contract value will vary based on the volume of
supplies purchased through the contract. Staff has prepared the contract and requests Board
approval for the Chairman to sign the contract.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract with Boundtree Medical, LLC for the EMS supplies and
inventory management software and authorize the Chairman to sign the document.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with Boundtree Medical,
LLC for the EMS supplies and inventory management software and authorize the Chairman to
sign the document.
