Brackin Park, the public areas of The Boardwalk, and the adjoining parking lot areas during the conduct of the 2015 Emerald Coast Juniors Fall Classic volleyball tournament. 2. During the weekend we do anticipate medium parking lot use because of local teams and spectators to the event. (3) We will need to park a 26 U-haul type truck near the beach access during the entire event for our equipment and supplies. 3.
