BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: April 7, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Rick Owen SUBJECT: Update from 2015 County Priorities Development Workshop DEPARTMENT: County Administrator BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff requests Board consideration of updates to the previously approved 2015 Okaloosa County Annual Priorities. BACKGROUND: On January 27, 2015, the Board conducted an inaugural Annual Planning Workshop at the Emerald Coast Convention Center to discuss and give further direction to staff on the 2015 Okaloosa County Annual Priorities. At the February 17, 2015 BCC meeting, the attached list of priorities was approved. To keep the Board up-to-date on the status of several of these priorities, an additional attachment is included with narratives outlining the staff work performed thus far. RECOMMENDATION: Request Board consideration of updates to the previously approved 2015 Okaloosa County Annual Priorities. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
