SUBJECT: Lease for Shoe Repair and Shine Concession

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Lease for Shoe Shine Concession at the Northwest
Florida Regional Airport is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Proposal was approved and accepted and lease was accomplished for Heel 2
Toe Shoe Repair to provide shoe repair and shine to passengers at the Airport. The lease will be
for one three year term with an option to renew for one additional two year term. The contract
and lease internal coordination sheet is attached along with their certificate of insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this Lease as
described above.
