AMENDMENT NO. 2 AGREEMENT between THE OKALOOSA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS and JUDGE BEN GORDON, JR. FAMILY VISITATION CENTER for Safe Havens: Supervised Visitations Grant C11-1920-CA This Amendment made and entered into this 15 day of September 2015 by and between The BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, (hereinafter referred to as "County" OR “Recipient”) and JUDGE BEN GORDON, JR. FAMILY VISITATION CENTER, (hereinafter referred to as "Subrecipient"). NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits contained herein, the County and Subrecipient agree as follows: ARTICLE Il. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Is hereby revised to reflect an ending date of September 30, 2016. All provisions not in conflict with this Amendment remain in full force and effect, and are to be performed at the level specified in the agreement.
