November 17, 2015 Executive Session The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to order 1in Executive Session at 8:00 a.m. at the County Administration Building in Shalimar to discuss 1litigation and settlement strategy involving Berkshire Johnstone. The only individuals permitted in the Executive Session were Chairman Nathan D. Boyles; Vice Chairman Charles K. Windes, Jr; Commissionexr Wayne Harris; Commissioner Carolyn Ketchel; Commissioner Trey Goodwin; County Administrator John Hofstad; County Attorney Greg Stewart; and a certified court reporter. ADJOURNMENT This Executive Session was adjourned at 8:20 a.m. J. D. PEACOCK II NATHAN D.
