The audit report must include any notations of any failure to comply with the requirements of Florida Statutes, State Board Rules, the direct-support organization corporate charter and bylaws, and commentary as to financial management and irregularities. The attached audit of the Okaloosa Public School Foundation, Inc., was performed by the independent certified public accounting firm of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC.
