WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto Grantee, all that certain real property, more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, including any rights to improvements that have made upon such property.
