Request approval of deleting one Plumber 1 position and adding one Site Base
Technician 1 position for a net change of zero.
Due to a recent promotion and movement of other personnel, it resulted in a vacancy
of a Plumber 1. The Foreman of the Maintenance South Zone has requested that he
could better support the facilities in the South Zone with a Site Base Technician
versus another Plumber 1. The zone has sufficient plumbers to continue to maintain
the facilities. Changing the position to a Site Base Technician will make maintenance
operations more efficient in the South Zone.
