The County Administrator signed off on Amendments 001 through 004 in previous years and the content of 005 matches the most recent Amendment except for a slight increase in cost. Section IV — Subsection I of the contract attached states: I. This Agreement may be renewed or extended in writing if mutually agreeable and signed by both parties. It would be wonderful if you could expedite this through so we experience no loss of service. | went through three iterations of the amendment with FSU to get it to this point. | know you are hustling and | appreciate all the help you can provide getting this amendment executed. I will be out of the office tomorrow, Friday and maybe a portion of next week because of some surgery so | may not be accessible easily. | will try to contact Janet everyday with my condition and she will know the best way to contact me.
