Suite F Destin FL 32541 Mr. Stanford, This letter is to inform you that | have reviewed the documents you have provided to my office in reference to the vacating and abandonment of the right-of-way proposal as it relates to the property at Scallop Court — Okaloosa Island (formerly Coquina Isle). As we discussed, and so long as the development order when produced closely matches those documents provided to my office and there are access points into the project allowing access to the furthest reaches of the buildings in question, my office will have no issues with the proposed vacation and abandonment of the cul-de-sac (right-of-way). The roadway must allow the fire apparatus to turn into the property and negotiate certain turns. Please continue to provide updates as they evolve in the process of development.
