The SCAAP application requires you to provide correctional officer information and salary costs, the total of all inmate days, and details about qualifying undocumented Log Off criminal aliens housed in your correctional facilities for four or more consecutive days during the 12-month reporting period. Applications will be accepted through OJP's online Grants Management System (GMS) The deadline for submitting a SCAAP application is 6:00pm (e.d.t.), Tuesday, May 13, 2014. As usual, BJA strongly recommends you complete and submit your application at the earliest possible date. Deadline extension will not be granted.
