BACKGROUND: This contract expired 09/30/2013; however, final payment for the fourth
quarter (7/1/13-9/30/13) of the agreement has not yet been made.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve final payment on contract C08-1577-TDC.
