GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENT STATE OF FLORIDA COUNTY OF OKALOOSA Prepared by: Okaloosa County Water & Sewer This Easement made this day of 2015 Between as the party of the First part and Okaloosa County Water & Sewer , 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 as the party of the Second part, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, paid to the Grantor by the Grantee the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the Grantee a non-exclusive easement for the purpose of providing ingress and egress and access to property owned or controlled by Grantee (depicted as Exhibit “A”) upon and across the following described lands located in Okaloosa County, Florida. Legal Description: Not Complete At this time, to be produced and inserted during the contract phase once the survey is complete. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Second party, its successors and assigns, together with the rights to enter upon said land, provided however, said party of the Second part shall not intentionally damage the contiguous land of the party of the First part, and the party of the First part will defend the title to said lands against all persons claiming by, through or under the party of the First part.
