BACKGROUND and ANALYSIS: Rhonda Comparin, owner of Destin Yoga, has met the requirements specified in Ordinance No. 13-07, County Recreation Areas, Section 8: Commercial Activity on Public Lands, to obtain a Qualified Beach Vendor Certificate. Granting this permit allows the requester to conduct yoga/pilate classes for a fee at James Lee Park in accordance with any exceptions, restrictions, or provision the Board may impose. This is a renewal application. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Board approval and issuance of a Qualified Beach Vendor Certificate 0044 for the calendar year of 2015 (15QBVC0044) to Rhonda Comparin, owner of Destin Yoga.
