AMENDMENT ONE TO CONTRACT Contract No. C06-1335-AP Schindler Elevator Corporation Regional Elevator Maintenance This AMENDMENT ONE made and entered into this _ day of January 2016, amends Contract No. C06-1335-AP, by and between Okaloosa County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”) and Schindler Elevator Corporation (the “Contractor”) for elevator maintenance services for Destin-Fort Walton Beach Regional Airport as follows (the “Contract™): 1. The Contract is set to expire on January 31, 2016. 2. The parties agree to extend the Contract until May 31, 2016 and either party may terminate the Contract upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other. 3. All other provisions of the initial Contract and subsequent amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
