NAVARRE, FL. 32566 WWW.EVENTENTS.COM Jan 2, 2015 I’'m submitting the attached rental contract from EVENTENTS Tenting Solutions for payment which represents rental cost for 14ea 5’ round banquet tables rented to support the May 2013 EOD Memorial Ball event. Myself and Ms Peggy Blanton have searched through records of past credit card purchases, Purchase Orders, and Pentemation records to verify that EVENT TENTS never received payment for this rental contract. Kevin Stuart from EventTents contacted me via telephone on Dec 22, 2014 regarding the outstanding invoice that was discovered during his business audit. He sent me a copy of the rental contract via email on Dec 22, 2014. The reservation to rent the tables was made on Feb 19, 2013, see attached email, but no contract or deposit was made to secure the reservation at that time. Tables were delivered and picked on dates requested. The plan was to pay for the rental using a credit card. Per my knowledge, the Convention Center never received an invoice for payment thus it slipped off the radar and EVENTTENTS was never paid for their service. The vendor no longer accepts CC payments.
