BACKGROUND: Kessler has submitted two invoices under the agreement for outstanding work performed under Task Orders 5 and 6. The two invoices are attached: OKA-PA-17 in the amount of $4,950.00 and OKA-NEF-05 in the amount of $780.00. OPTIONS: Authorize/Deny final payment to Kessler Consulting, Inc. RECOMMENDATIONS: That the Board authorize final payment of invoices OKA-PA-17 and OKA-NEF-05 and the Chairman’s signature on the Contract Payment Approval Form and close contract C10-1781-PW. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
