(certification date 1-07-13). The following deviations were observed in the field: 1. The concrete endwalls in the retention facility were constructed differently than shown on the approved construction documents. However, this deviation does not appear to impact the operation of the stormwater retention pond. 2. A temporary asphalt patch was added at the northwest portion of the subdivision roadway. It is our understanding the entire Phase 1 roadway will be milled and replaced with a 1” asphalt overlay in the future. This item has been discussed with the Okaloosa County Public Works Department. The following comments are noted: 1. Sediment was observed in several of the stormwater pipes. This sediment was in the process of being removed. 2. Several erosion control devices were being repaired and additional seeding was being placed. This certification is based on visual observations made by the undersigned. Given under my hand and seal this _/0 day of Fegeuscy, 2014. Ks i faa) “Smithy hE: atau No. 58927 Me LLL ‘— oot
