BACKGROUND: The Agreement for Property Appraiser Services approved by the Board on February 17, 2015 references Ordinance 07-57 as Exhibit A. The County has since determined Ordinance 07-57 omits sections 18-21, whereas Ordinance 07-71 contains sections 1-23 in its entirety. Therefore, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to reference Ordinance 07-71 as Exhibit A. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve Amendment 1 to the Agreement for Property Appraiser Services and authorize the Chairman to sign. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
