BACKGROUND: The event will be held May 9, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The course will run from 105 Koon Street along various roads and return. A race route is attached. This request has been coordinated with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office who will be providing assistance with traffic during the event. OPTIONS: Approve / Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Request Board approval for a Public Event Permit for the Rice & Bean Rumble 5k Run event as submitted by Truth Evangelistic Ministries. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
