Details of this project will address elements to deepen understanding of the complexities of teaching and learning in order to identify and develop principals' practices and routines for providing appropriate feedback to members of their teaching staffs. The focus is on principal behaviors that enhance and improve teachers' abilities to improve student learning in their buildings. (The dollar amount that a district may apply for in this particular application is based on a formula using unweighted student FTE; the Okaloosa County School District's limit this year is $73,941.)
