The project will consist of paid media as well as advertising tactics to support it. This task order reflects the Paid Media hard (pass through) costs for the campaign as noted on page 17 of the contract. The County approved the amended FY16 Strategic Marketing Plan on December 15, 2015, which includes a line item for Promotional Reserves. 1 ACTIVITIES & DELIVERABLES A half page print ad with matching editorial in ad in Meetings Today Magazine - Beach Meetings. 1. Agency services covered under Base Services. Invoices for third-party charges shall include a copy of the actual invoice from the vendor reflecting the acquisition of goods/services as well as appropriate backup documentation. 3. All artwork, photography, design, layout, production materials, websites, domain names, etc., created by, and all rights acquired by the Agency for the Client will become property of the Client upon acceptance, subject to any third party rights and the Agency’s ownership of any Code. 2 COST Media Pass Through Costs =~ : , Cost’ Meetings Today Magazine (Interfuse Media) $3,500 Total $3,500 The cost of this Task Order is not to exceed $3,500.
