Subject: Amendment of Federal Lobbyist Contract
Zan - as we discussed, the Federal Lobbyist contract was previously extended until March 31,
2015 to allow completion of the RFQ process. That process will not be completed by then and
additional time will be required. Therefore, we have prepared a Third Amendment to the
Federal Lobbyist contract which will extend the term until May 31, 2015. I have attached a
copy of that proposed Amendment. Please prepare the necessary agenda item for the Board
consideration of this matter at its March 17th meeting. Thanks
