Shelton asked for any consideration the TDC could give them in suspending the MSBU because the majority of the monies came from Holiday Isle. Dave Sherry from Okaloosa Island responded to Mr. Shelton’s comments stating Holiday Isle’s request was abandoned. He added that Holiday Isle’s permit was challenged and dismissed. He further stated there are better uses for the $700K+ and reiterated that the lawsuit was dismissed and not dropped. XI.
