That road was renamed years ago to Indian Bayou Trail. If that change is made from Two Trees Road to Indian Bayou Trail, the city acknowledges that the proposed Amendment to the Traffic Infrastructure Agreement — Synovus Bank indicating the removal of the fifth turn lane onto parcel 3B from US Hwy 98, the resulting redesign, and traffic analysis revision dated July 15, 2014, is acceptable. Thank you for the opportunity to review and provide input. If you need anything further, please let me know. Sincerely, Ken Kenrick S. It’s pretty simple; they removed the one access drive that FDOT would not allow because of stormwater issues and updated the costs based on requirements from FDOT.
