A .pdf file of the consultant's letter of recommendation is attached to this email. We recommend bid award for a lump sum total of $543,475.00. They were the lowest bidder by far; they are definitely a qualified company to perform this work, as evidenced by all the tanks they've painted for us in the past. If it all possible, please aim to get this on the Feb 18 BCC agenda.
