December 22, 2014 To: Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners Okaloosa County Roads Department From: Stephen Rose, developer of Hattie’s Grove subdivision In reference to the ‘Hattie’s Grove’ Subdivision, prior to recordation of its plat, I am hereby requesting that the newly rebuilt 154’ section of public roadway connecting to Bullock Blvd north of the private development be entered into the County’s temporary road maintenance program for a petiod of 18 (eighteen) months.
