BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: April 19, 2016 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Elliot Kampert SUBJECT: Tindale Oliver Contract Budget Amendment DEPARTMENT: Growth Management BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Growth Management has requested to amend Tindale Oliver's contract Budget sheet. The new budget is less restrictive with task hours and personnel assigned to tasks which allows for efficiency in invoicing only and does not change the total approved budget. The budget is 100% grant funded and no local funds are required. OPTIONS: Approve or reject Tindale Oliver's contract budget amendment. RECOMMENDATIONS: Growth Management recommends approval of the contract budget amendment. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
