Public Content Requesting approval of the attached Change Order 24 to the IT Seat Management Outsourcing Contract. Change Order 24 affects two parts of the IT Outsourcing Contract. The net cost savings are outlined below. Commercial, Off The Shelf (COTS) Software An increase in the number of MS Server Data Center licenses and Audio Conferencing licenses ($2,105.62 per month) is countered by a decrease in the number of ClassLink user accounts (-$7,168.12 per month) for a net monthly decrease of $5,062.50 or $60,750.00 per year. Lan and Maintenance Lower costs for Extreme Networks annual support licensing equate to a decrease of $2,108.14 per month or $25,297.68 per year. Total Savings for fiscal year 2024-2025 = $86,047.68.
