NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the School Board of Okaloosa County will conduct a Public Hearing on August 12,
2013, beginning at 6:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the School District Administration
Building, Fort Walton Beach. The purpose of the Hearing is to receive public input and consider approval of:
1) Revised job description for Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum
2) Revised job description for Assistant Superintendent-School Operations
Any interested party who decides to appeal any decision made by the Okaloosa County School Board with
respect to any matter considered during this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings and, for such
purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
